Ready to ship orders have a current turnaround time of 1-2 business days. All other orders have a turaround time of 1-2 weeks.
We currently DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless item arrives damaged *Item damaged - not packaging*
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photo proof of damaged item. Once we receive proof we will send you a prepaid label to ship the item back to us. Please note if outside packaging is damaged by carrier we are not responsible and a refund won't be issued unless the item itself has been damaged. Please note that there may be a 30% restocking fee when returning an item that is not damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Oopsie items (if applicable)
Oopsie items are sold as is and are not available for refunds
